Average Rating: Rating: - RIPS RIPS RIPS!!!! We received this pack n play as a shower gift before our son was born. We loved it while he used it as an infant. He is now 10 months old and we don't really use the playpen all that much. But just the other day I noticed FIVE small holes! (Since then the holes have become MUCH BIGGER) I was VERY upset with this and inspected EVERY toy inside. Nothing had a sharp or jagged edge which could have possibly made those holes. We keep our pack n play next to a wall, and the holes appeared on that panel, so I know no one poked it with something. So I called GRACO who is known to be excellent when it comes to dealing with product issues. I asked the lady on the phone if I could buy a replacement netting and was then told "no." They do not carry that part. I asked her if the company could then send me a replacement part since it is less than a year old and I know we didn't cause the damage. I was told "no....sorry mamn but you must have poked it and caused the damage." So for all of you out there looking at GRACO's pack n play's keep in mind that they will eventually rip and they don't care! If it can't stand up to a 10 month old than what's the use? Rating: - Great for the 2nd level & apartment! We have a pretty small home. baby's room is upstairs but the living room is downstairs. IT's WONDERFUL to have this pack & play downstairs with a changing table and bassinette handy so as I am recovering from delivery - I don't have to run the stairs 50x/day. Plus, the coloring is pleasant in our living room. I love it and HIGHLY recommend it. TO improve: I disagree with other reviewers... It isn't very easy to put up. Grandma can't do it by herself. But it is easier than the others out there. It is also more sturdy than the others. Also - at first I was concerned because the bassinette is only attached by thread and cloth on one end. I was concerned that it would rip easily. It hasn't been a problem yet though and we use it daily. I called Graco and they said to only use it up to 16 pds. It's worth it. WE've also taken it camping with us. It's big for our tent but a safer place for our baby. Rating: - A Baby Item That Is Worth Every Penny!! I bought this play yard after looking at EVERY other one on the market. I purchased this one because it had all of the features I was looking for with the exception of a full length bassinet. I settled on this one because of the price. It was so much cheaper than a lot of the others that I decided that the 3/4 bassinet was okay. It was so easy to put together! My mom and I did it (and we are NOT mechanically inclined people)using just the instructions and it took less than fifteen minutes! We haven't taken it down yet to see how hard/easy that is but I imagine it will be okay. My husband and I use this every day. It is perfect for a multi level home like ours. I can change my daughter downstairs without putting her on a surface that my cats also sleep on (which is almost everywhere). I would recommend this play yard to anyone who is looking for a good price and all of the features the more expensive models have!
