Average Rating: Rating: - Hopefully they have revised the design in the past 4 years This jumper was a letdown as far as I'm concerned. Although the construction seemed durable and functional enough when we received the Graco jumper four years ago, our first child was unable to try it out properly due to the fact that the stretchy cord was too long - and there was absolutely no way to shorten it. Apparently, the designers at Graco are under the impression that nobody has doorways fewer than 8 feet high. Our 12 month old's knees would dangle nearly to the ground. The other point against this product is that there is a plastic tray affixed to the front, much like a small food tray. What the heck is this for...a launching pad for lunch? Surely nobody expects a jumper to be used to serve food, or hold anything at all while a child is actually bouncing in it. Assuming, of course, that the poor kid can get off the ground first. I recommend Evenflo's jumper instead. It's simple, well-made and adjustable. We gave our Graco jumper away to the thrift shop. Hopefully, some underprivileged family with huge doorways is enjoying it. -Andrea, aka Merribelle Rating: - Baby has fun I really enjoy watching my daughter in this jumper. She first went in it when she was 4 1/2 months old. She would sit in it and spin around. It was really cute. Then she learned how to make it swing and spin. She is so funny. She laughs and giggles. It is very good once your baby can hold up their head relatively well. I didn't give this 5 stars because it is very tricky to get my daughter out of it. She gets tangled in the straps when I take her out because she is still in that phase where she keeps her arms straight out. Also, her chubby little legs don't just slip out of the seat so it ends up being picked up with her and that doesn't help with the tangle. As she gets bigger it is easier to take her out. I really love this bouncer. Rating: - The best for any active baby! My son Johannes is barely 4 1/2 months Old. Since he was 3 1/2 months he started to turn and did not like to be on his infant chair for too long. He was already holding his head up and loved following me with his eyes wherever I went in the living room. Anyway, I was very curious about this toy. Never had one before. Now, I really enjoy seeing Johannes jumping up and down and making 360 degree turns. I also bought me a toy with a suction cup so he could play with it. I placed the toy in the tray and he spends lots of time playing, jumping and smiling. P.S. I have to use a neck pillow to put around the baby's neck so when his a bit tired and wants to rest, he just sit there and relax. I also use to small little pillows to prop him up and keep him straight. He's body is small but the pillows help. This toy is recommended for babies 6 months and older but I used because of him being so active. I you have a super active baby that is tired of being on his back, this is a must for you!
