Average Rating: Rating: - Thank you for my new body My name is Stacy Stoll, I bought this book a couple of months ago seeing it in my local book store. I have been working out for about 1 year now, every other day, waking up each morning looking for new results and finding none. I used to be a very heavy girl, and have lost weight, but could not loose any more when I reach a certain point. Still not being where I wanted to be! I was very depressed and started to do some research and came across this mircle book "The Sculpting Bible for Women". I read the book fully then started my 14 day program. The book was written so great that I understood more then ever. The pictures in the book showing me that I was doing everything wrong in the past. I now have a great diet and great form while working out. I am so proud to say that today I am in a mini skirt and a tank top. I am tone and have more energy then I ever thought possible. Thank you so much Mr. Villepigue and Mr. Hugo, thank you for a life that I have always drempt of. The two of you have changed my life 100% and I just love it. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!! When is the next book coming out? Rating: - In a nut shell, this book is the best of the best... I had the pleasure of reading the Body Sculpting Bible For Women and found the material absolutely great. James and Hugo have answered so many of the questions I had, plus cleared up so many misconceptions I've heard throughout my years of training. It is so easy to get frustrated when you hear one person telling you this and another telling you the complete opposite. How do you determine who's right and who's wrong? Well after reading this book and putting the information to the test, I am finally able to say that the program in this book really works! They don't make empty promises and have done a really good job of leaving the chaff out. With so many so called fitness authorities out there, it is refreshing to read a book that offers both fundamental information that must be included in order to successfully educate, coupled with a plethora of very innovative and exciting material that works great. I would like to point out that before I purchased this book, I did read some of the other reviews and found most of them helpful. I did however see two very negative and coincidentaly very similar reviews completely sabatoging the authors and their book. It is my duty as a satisfied customer to mention that these two terrible reviews are not only unwarranted, but also way out of line! It would not surprise me if a competitor had done there best to run a sabotage campaign of sorts, in an evil attempt to hurt the efforts of this great book... In summary, the books are without question an essential tool for helping every woman to achieve a fabulous body! GREAT WORK JAMES AND HUGO! Rating: - The Body sculpting Bible for Men I've read many books on men's health as well as exercise books. Usually I never get through them or what they instructing is virtually impossible to do. Most times they are written for the most advanced body builder and do not take into consideration what the reader needs or wants. Finally a book that does. I read a copy that a friend of mine has and can't wait to get my own. It's interesting and walks you through all the different exercises in a language that is easy to understand. Thankyou to James Villepigue and Hugo Rivera for writing such great books.
