While the book contains some valuable information and tips, the book is plagued with inaccuracies and errors. I expected more from authors who are writing about Six Sigma.

Their credibility in writing about Six Sigma is called into question by the publication of a book with so many obvious errors. They can 'talk the talk' but they did not 'walk the walk' when it comes to their own book.

The combined clarity and quality of the work have resulted in an outstanding and important contribution to the popular Six Sigma business management strategy and process improvement tactics.
