Average Rating: Rating: - Calphalon truly hits a culinary home run. I have owned a cabinet full of calphalon for the past 18 years. Recently purchased a full set of their non-stick pots, and received this griddle as a bonus. The griddle is far and away the most useful and valuable of the items I now own. It pretty much does everything but clean up the grease by itself. Whatever you cook receives even heat. Excess fats drain off to the sides, and corner pour spouts allow for easy disposal. Best of all, clean up is a dream. Its the only pot in the house that doesn't make me cringe as I set to cleaning it. Also on the plus side, calphalon really does stand by their products. Over these many years of owning and heavily using their products,I have had to send back (for legitimate reasons) 2 anodized pots. They were replaced without any difficulties. Well, gotta go eat some perfectly cooked bacon.
