Average Rating: Rating: - Great product! I recently purchased this griddle because I got so tired of having to buy new "non stick" griddles. Even when using the proper nylon utensils, the Teflon griddles were constantly flaking off and just weren't getting the job done. We really love this one! It is made to last and the children love cooking with it also, (ages 11-12, not small children!) The part the kids love best, though, is when it's their turn to cook breakfast, you can fix 4 grilled cheese sandwiches at a time instead of having to stand there forever fixing grill cheeses! The same goes for frying eggs or cooking pancakes. I look forward to getting a lot of use out of this pan! Rating: - Calphalon rules! The Calphalon 11" Non stick Professional Collector's edition Griddle is the best griddle I've ever seen.Heavy weight,great balance and easy clean up - what more can you ask for? No more warped griddles wobbling on the stove while you try to make French toast, pancakes, Texas toast or my favorite - lightly toasting soft taco shells when we have family taco night. Who wouldn't like to pull this out of their cabinet? You know it's going to do the job with no hassle. Rating: - You won't believe the difference! A few years back, I thought I was really going upscale when I switched over from non-coated to an ordinary "non-stick" griddle. But it wasn't that great. I got so fed up with half-burned pancakes that I broke down and sprang for the top-of-the-line Calphalon model. I didn't know you could be so fond of an inanimate object. I find myself looking through magazines for recipes I can do in this griddle. It is so satisfying to use... The weight and balance of the Calphalon griddle are perfect to ensure even cooking of bacon, eggs, pancakes, frittatas, grilled bell peppers, fried tomatoes/potatoes, grilled onions. . . and a million other great things.
