It is impossible to have something stick to it--even burned chocolate chips wipe off with a paper towel. I even bought a set for my mother who couldn't believe how easy they were to cleanup. Rating: - I love these cookie sheets! These are the best cookie sheets I've ever bought. The ones I used to have were thin and less expensive and are now rusting. The Caphalon is easy to wash, you don't need to put any oil or grease on them. Cookies and fries slide off. They seem indestructible.
