Average Rating: Rating: - The best computer gaming rag. I have been a subscriber of CGW since 1993. I look forward to the magazine every month. Here are my pros and cons. Pros: they review every game, you can trust their reviews, they cater to a more mature reader (I'm 35), and their hardware section keeps you up to date with newest tech. Cons: the loss of the Greenspeak, Jeff Green's, article - the best editorial column of any magazine and the only article my wife would read and they tend to give more space to previews than reviews. I used to subscribe to PC Gamer, don't bother. They once gave a 93% to a horrible game that every other magazine gave a "D", but I trusted PC Gamer and bought the game. I hated it and cancelled the subscription. Stick with the best. CGW. Rating: - Doesn't get any better CGW is an amazing magazine. The writers get straight to the point of the article, they include all the essential information and they are quite humorous. CGW always has great previews and also aren't afraid a bash a game when deserving. I've been subscribing for a couple of years and the quality has always been top-notch. Rating: - Great magazine, unbiased, funny! This is a great magazine. I have been getting my subscription for a little over a year now, and I must say that I love CGW! I look for it every month then read it Cover to Cover! I am also a game reviewer, so I also no the industry, and I must say there are very few reviews that I disagree with! If you arn't subscribe yet...you are missing a good issue!
