I shopped for months before choosing one that I liked. Canon has a reputation for producing the best. I am very pleased with my Rebel G. I especially like the quartz date option. It is easy to use for a beginner and the quality is great. I highly recommend this camera for ease, quality, and value. Rating: - So nice I bought it twice I bought the Rebel G nearly 2 years ago and loved it immediately. I took it on a 16-day trip to Great Britain a year ago, and unfortunately lost the camera and all my undeveloped film on the way home. I was heartbroken, but the pictures were replaced by those taken by others on the trip, and I went out and bought the same terrific camera again. The pictures are so clear, the metering is very accurate, and it's comfortable to hold and use. Having a camera this good encourages me to take more pictures than I did with my old point & shoot. Rating: - I love this little Camera !! I bought this camera specially for learning professional photography, the Canon EOS Rebel G Date gave me more than I expected. Its light weight body and comfortable design makes it ideal for holding steady in those low shutter speed shots and overall carrying, my first roll was amazing! the colors were vivid and the subjects very sharp, I couldn't believe a beginner like me took those proffesional-looking pictures so easily. I definitively recommend the Canon EOS Rebel G
