Average Rating: Rating: - Oh my! Oh my! Oh my! What an awesome CD Donnie McClurkin's Live in London is! It has stayed in my CD player since I bought it months ago. It's powerful, inspires you to worship and enter into the presence of God and just stay there. My favorite songs are Didn't You Know, I'll Trust You Lord (wow), Caribbean Medley, Great is Your Mercy, and Lord I Lift Your Name on High. If you don't own this one yet, buy it immediately. Rating: - Donnie McCurklin : A man after God's own heart When I first heard Donnie sang on The Word network sometime in March of this year, I was awestruck at his unique voice and the passion with which he demonstrates his love for God. I became curious about him. Thereafter, I found out about this CD "Live in London and more" As I listen to each track, I can't help but be moved by the extent of his unique talent and annoiting. When I was listening to the 6th track, it felt like he was speaking directly to me, it sounds so personal. It was the most strange of an experience. Every believer must make sure they buy this particular CD. So, Donnie McCurklin, you're not a common man becuase your talent is so unique. by the way, I have read his book and all I can say about it is, it's an AMAZING GRACE story of deliverance. Rating: - The Voice of an Angel This was the first Donnie McClurkin CD that I have ever bought. The first time I heard his voice was on the Prince of Egypt Inspirational CD. He sang a song entitled "I am I am." I was on a trip back to college and I listened to that song on repeat for an HOUR straight. That was my first taste of Donnie McClurkin and I thank God for that CD. Donnie McClurkin's voice is so perfectly beautiful, whether he's singing or giving an inspirational message. In the song "I'll Trust You, Lord", Donnie says at the beginning "I can hear Jesus singing..." When I heard that it made me stop and, for the first time, think about how beautiful The Lord's voice would be. You would think that Jesus would have the voice of an angel, but can you imagine that His voice will be even more beautiful than that? That has become my favorite song in an album that is filled with wonderful music. From the more contemporary "I Do I Do" to the Caribbean flavored "Caribbean medley" and "Who Would've Thought" featuring Marvin Winans, a member of the Winans (the most talented Gospel Family out there)and a great artist in his own right. I recommend this album to anyone who loves a variety of Gospel music sung by a beautiful voice. Donnie McClurkin's love for the Lord as well as his love for God's children is clearly evident on this CD. I have already persuaded three of my friends to by this album and I hope I persuaded you too!
