Average Rating: Rating: - An Incredible CD for Everyone!! I was very suprised when I came upon this really great band. I love Christian music and decided to check out Switchfoot, and I'm glad I did! This band has an incredible sound, a very talented vocalist, very thoughtful lyrics, and a great abilty to craft tunes that really stick with you. I have found myself humming almost all the songs on this CD to myself. All the tracks on this fine CD are at least good, most are excellent. Personal faves - I Dare You To Move (one of the most super-charged songs I've ever heard), Innocence Again, Love is the Movement, Loser, Playing for Keeps, Economy of Mercy, and Learning to Breathe... wait, that's well over half the album! The lyrics are wonderfully written, as well. Some of the best are in Economy of Mercy, just listen to it and you will be moved. It is a powerful statement about the relationship between God and humans! Putting it simple, buy this CD NOW if you like either Christian music or alternative music even a bit - it is a real treat! The first time I heard their song Dare You to Move was in the movie "A Walk to Remember" I was amased. No other song has ever moved me like that one.
