Average Rating: Rating: - Bravo Buble A Valentines Day gift, this CD is outstanding!!! Boy can this guy sing!! Amazing style and confidence in his voice, fantastic arrangements and orchestration. Michael Buble has a major career ahead of him. Let's hope he continues with this genre for his follow-up album and doesn't sell out to his age group!! Rating: - This guy is AMAZING! Michael Bublé's voice is an exceptional instrument. His phrasing and his stylish interpretations are different with each track. There is not a single cut on this CD that sounds the same. Kudos to Bublé, David Foster, and his arranging and orchestration crew. Each track is a little slice of something different and each of them EXTREMELY tasty. His arrangements are artistic, emotional, thoughtful, tasteful, and every other positive word ending in "ful" that I can think of. String orchestrations are lush, full and dripping with good stuff. The big band arrangements simply swing a la Nelson Riddle in his collaborations with Frank Sinatra. Michael puts a personal touch to each song, claiming them for his own. If you love great music, you must get this CD! Rating: - This kid has stones AND a great voice. It takes a brave man to tackle two songs (Come Fly With Me and Summer Wind) so closely connected with Sinatra, but Buble acquits himself admirably on both tunes, with only minimal "homage" in Come Fly With Me. Anyway, he owes as much, if not more, to Mel Torme here, and even a tiny bit to Michael Feinstein and Harry Connick. He does an amazing cover of George Michael's "Kissing A Fool" (his vocals are much better than Michael's, if that can be believed), and probably the most swoony bossa nova version of "The Way You Look Tonight" I've ever heard. Everybody is touting Peter Cincotti as the New Sinatra, but I think Buble has him beaten. He's a much better singer, and frankly, cuter.
