Average Rating: Rating: - great bike! I bought this bike for my son when he turned 2. At this age he was not interested in the rocker. He enjoyed us riding him around which was easy to do with the parent handle. He learned to tell his left from his right whenenever we asked him to turn the handle bar left or right or to go straight. Today he is 34 months old and today he learned to pedal on his own!! I removed the parent handle to make it easier for him to turn at corners. He is very excited because today he got a "new Bike". Rating: - Great buy! This was brought by Santa for my 16 month old daughter. She is in love with her new bike! She's past the rocking stage so we went straight to the bike. After adjusting the seat to fit her just right and figuring out how the foot bar locks in place she was ready to go for a ride. The only gripe I have about this bike is that your child must have both hands on the handle bar in front of them to keep it going straight. I've figured out by leaning the bike back just a little helps to straighten things out or turn corners easier but if your little one is into moving the handle bar around all over then you are in for a ride yourself! So far my little one keeps her hands still and enjoys the ride aside from pointing at things as she passes by them. Oh, one other thing...I'm 5'1 and find that I hunch ever, ever so slightly to push the bike so I can't imagine anyone taller having to push (you'll end up like the Hunchback!) For a shorty like me this is perfect. Rating: - Not a great rocker, but a great trike My son was given this toy for his first birthday. We set it up in the "rocker" mode and let him at it. Maybe he didn't like it because he had other rockers, I am not sure, but he didn't care for this toy at all. My husband and I decided that we would take it outside and set it up as a trike. BINGO! we hit the jackpot! My son LOVES to be pushed around on his "bike" even though he can't reach the pedals and doesn't like to put his feet up on the stationary "bar". He just puts his little feet on the ground and tries to propel the trike on his own (He can't - it's just too big and heavy for him) I know that we will have a lot of fun with this as my son grows into it and is able to manuever it by himself. In the meantime, we are having fun pushing him aroud the yard ourselves.
