Average Rating: Rating: - We love these blocks!!! My 2 year old son loves building with blocks. Grandma and Grandpa bought this set for his second birthday and he loves them! Right now, he is "driving" to get a "happy meal." My parents told me that little tikes would be coming out with a 60 piece set later this year, but I have not been able to confirm this. Other reviewers raised an issue about how easily the blocks are knocked over. This has not been a big issue with us. That just means it's time to build something else.:) When compared with other big blocks (such as the cardboard "brick" blocks), these are clearly the better option. If you have a child (and a husband!) who love to build, these are a great choice! Rating: - NOT WHAT I EXPECTED ONCE WE OPENED THE BOX THE BLOCKS ARE DURABLE AS ALL OF LITTLE TYKES TOYS ARE,BUT YOU CANT STACK THEM THEM WITHOUT THEM FALLING OVER PRETTY QUICKLY.YOU CAN STACK THEM ABOUT 4 HIGH AND THEN IT GETS UNSTABLE. I EVEN TRIED MAKING THAT ROBOT PICTURED ON THE BOX. IT TIPPED OVER HALF WAY THROUGH. I THINK ITS A BIT PRICEY FOR SOMETHING THAT DOESNT STACK WELL AND JUST TAKES UP SPACE ON THE FLOOR. I LIKE THE IDEA OF THE HUGE BLOCKS BUT FEEL IT NEEDS MORE WORK. Rating: - Misleading pictures The pictures of these blocks appear to indicate Lego style blocks that snap together and are stable enough, when built with, to stay together as the child crawls through openings and otherwise interacts with a structure. Actually the blocks just stack in a sort of loosely fitting way and fall down quite easily.
